Tunisia international Aymen Abdennour has offers from Everton and Newcastle United, according to Spanish newspaper AS.
Abdennour is under contract to Valencia until 2020 but made only 13 La Liga appearances last season.
Despite the offers from the Premier League duo, Abdennour does not currently intend on playing in England next season.

AS report Abdennour has his sight set on a return to Ligue 1, where he previously played for Toulouse and Monaco.
The report claims Lyon and Marseille are both keen on the 27-year-old.
Abdennour has 57 caps for Tunisia, who are currently in with a strong shout of qualifying for the 2018 World Cup.

The centre-back needs a move to play regular football, although that would not be guaranteed at either Everton or Newcastle, he would have to compete for a place.
His experience makes him an intriguing option for both sides, but it appears they are fighting an uphill battle to tempt him to the Premier League.
