Tottenham Hotspur’s Kieran Trippier reportedlly may be heading to Spain.

Atletico Madrid have hijacked Napoli’s attempts to sign Tottenham Hotspur right-back Kieran Trippier, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport.
Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti confirmed his interest in the Tottenham defender earlier this month [The Sun].
If he was to leave Spurs, a move to Italy looked to be the most likely but, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Atletico have come from nowhere and are willing to pay the North Londoners £22 million.
The report adds that Trippier would get around £67,000 per week in salary over four years in the Spanish capital if he joined Diego Simeone’s side.
Tottenham arguably already have a better right-back in the form of Serge Aurier, who is that bit more consistent than the former Burnley star.
Trippier is an excellent player, as he proved for England during last summer’s World Cup, but he didn’t take his form from Russia back to the Premier League with him and now it looks like he might be finished under Mauricio Pochettino.
He joined for around £3.5 million [The Telegraph] from the Clarets back in 2015.
