Aston Villa defender Jordan Amavi has been linked with Atletico Madrid and Napoli.

According to L’Equipe, Atletico Madrid and Napoli are interested in signing Jordan Amavi from Aston Villa in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that Spanish club Atletico have already started discussions with Championship outfit Villa over the transfer of the defender. Italian side Napoli are also interested in the left-back, according to L’Equipe.

Amavi joined Villa from Nice in the summer of 2015 for a transfer fee reported by The Birmingham Mail at the time to be worth £10 million.
The 23-year-old has had injury problems at the Villans, but the former France Under-21 international has impressed when he has played on a number of occasions.
Leaving Villa for either Atletico or Napoli would be a step up for Amavi. While the Villans will be playing in the Championship next season, both Atletico and Napoli will feature in the Champions League during the 2017-18 campaign.
While Atletico look set to finish third in La Liga this season, Napoli are guaranteed to end up in the top three in Serie A and could even win the Scudetto. Both the teams played in the Champions League this season.
