The Southampton star is a man in demand this summer, according to reports.

According to an exclusive report from the Daily Mail, European giants Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan are both interested in signing Southampton left-back Ryan Betrand this summer.
The 29-year-old joined the Saints from Chelsea for £10 million in January 2015, according to the Daily Mail, having spent the previous six months on loan at St Mary’s, and he has gone on to make 171 appearances in all competitions for the south coast club.
Bertrand has just two years remaining on his current contract with Southampton, however, and because of that, Ralph Hasenhuttl is tempted to cash in on the full-back, according to the Daily Mail.
The British newspaper claims that Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan are both keen on the 19-capped England international, but he won’t come cheap with the Saints set to demand around £15 million for his signature.

Bertrand, who currently earns £70,000 per week at Southampton according to Spotrac, is one of Hasenhuttl’s most important players, so if he is allowed to leave, the Austrian will obviously have to replace him with a top quality left-back.
Most Southampton fans will surely be far from happy to hear that Bertrand is being linked with an exit, but for £15 million, it might just make sense to sell the 29-year-old now, rather than allow his value to dwindle over the next two years.
