Jack Grealish has been tipped to leave Aston Villa this summer and if he does they allegedly hope he joins Chelsea rather than Tottenham Hotspur.

Interest is rising in Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish, with Sky Sports reporting Tottenham Hotspur have made a £15m offer for the midfielder.
Chelsea, Fulham and Leicester City are also keeping tabs on Grealish, whom the Villans want closer to £30m for should they sell this summer.

The Birmingham club have financial problems and could be forced to sell assets such as the 22-year-old in order to balance the books.
Yet despite their problems off the pitch, senior officials at Villa Park won’t be forced into selling Grealish on the cheap – although it is expected the England Under-21 international will leave before the start of next season.

If the midfield ace is sold then Villa would prefer that he moved to Stamford Bridge. That is because it is likely Grealish would be loaned back to them for the 2018/19 campaign.
Whether or not joining the Blues – who already have a number of players on the books in the same position – would be the best move for the Englishman is debatable, however.
