Aston Villa are keen to keep hold of the youngsters, as Steve Bruce’s side fend off bids.

According to the Birmingham Mail, Aston Villa pair Rushian Hepburn-Murphy and Callum O’Hare are both interesting a number of teams, but Steve Bruce will not allow them to leave.

Hepburn-Murphy and O’Hare are considered two of the brightest prospects at Villa, but neither of them have played particularly regularly this season.

Villa are now having to fend off loan offers for the duo, with Football League sides keen to snap them up.

Hepburn-Murphy and O’Hare both look ready to make the step up to play regularly, but Bruce wants to keep them at Villa Park.

Whether that is a signal that he has plans to start putting them into Villa’s first-team over the second half of the season remains to be seen.

O’Hare has made just four Championship appearances so far this season, while Hepburn-Murphy has played just twice in the league.
