Aston Villa are reportedly about to sign Tyrone Mings from Bournemouth.

It has been reported that Villa’s £20 million bid for the defender has been accepted by fellow Premier League club Bournemouth.
The 26-year-old defender, who can operate as a centre-back or as a left-back, will travel to Birmingham this evening and will sign for Dean Smith’s side in the next 48 hours, according to the report.
Good signing for Aston Villa?
Mings spent the second half of last season on loan at Villa from Bournemouth, and played a key role in Dean Smith’s side winning promotion to the Championship via the playoffs.

It makes sense that Villa are reportedly set to sign the former Ipswich Town defender, who can be a valuable player for the Villans in the Premier League next season.
Among the players Villa have already signed this summer are Jota from Birmingham City and Matt Targett from Southampton, and perhaps there will be more new additions at Villa Park in the coming weeks.
