Aston Villa could reportedly sign the big Senegal international.

Aksam in Turkey has reported that Aston Villa are set to bid for Mbaye Diagne.
The 6’4 striker netted 32 goals in all competitions for Galatasaray last season and seems to have found his way on to the Villans’ radar.
And Turkish outlet Aksam claims that Aston Villa boss Dean Smith is about to make an £11 million offer.
Other publications have reported that negotiations are a lot more advanced, with Futbol Arena suggesting that Galatasaray’s director Sukru Hanedar is already in the UK to discuss the transfer.
This has to go through before Thursday’s transfer deadline but, if it does, it’ll give Aston Villa a very big forward line.
That is because Villa have already signed Wesley Moraes from Club Brugge, a Brazilian striker who stands at 6’3.
And if Smith plans on playing both in tandem, together, then it’s potentially very ominous for Premier League defences who’ll have to contend with two big burly forwards.
Aston Villa kick off their season with a trip to Tottenham on Saturday.
