Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday are reportedly keen on Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Danny Batth.
According to the Daily Mail, Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Danny Batth is wanted by Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday, as well as Hull City.
Batth, 26, has come up through the ranks with Wolves having been in the Molineux ranks since 2000, with the West Midlands-born defender going on to become an important player for the club.

The giant centre back, who stands at 6ft 3in tall, has now made over 175 appearances for Wolves in all competitions, and he is even club captain – but he may be on the move this summer.
Wolves have boosted their defence with the signing of three centre backs this summer, with Willy Boly, Roderick Miranda and Ryan Bennett all arriving, whilst Conor Coady has even played as a centre back in pre-season.
That could mean that Wolves are at least open to selling Batth this summer, and the Daily Mail report that Championship rivals Aston Villa, Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday are queueing up for his signature.
Villa may have signed John Terry and Christopher Samba this summer, but having sold Nathan Baker to Bristol City, they may now look for another central defender, this time under the age of 30 – and Batth, whilst playing for a local rival, fits the bill.

However, Sheffield Wednesday are also in the market for a new central defender this summer, and will hope to bring Batth back to Hillsborough, given that he had two loan spells with the Owls, totalling 59 appearances and three goals.
Hull City, who brought in Ondrej Mazuch and Michael Hector this week to boost their defence, may still fancy bringing in another centre back with Championship experience, which Batth could provide – but it remains to be seen whether Wolves will allow their skipper to leave even after all their defensive additions.
