According to TeamTalk, David Moyes has already told West Ham United’s board he wants Robert Snodgrass back, which means Aston Villa have reason to want a managerial change at the London Stadium.

Villa have taken Snodgrass on loan from West Ham this season, and he has been in brilliant form for Steve Bruce’s side.

The Scottish wide-man has played regularly, and helped the claret and blues into a play off spot.

Robert Snodgrass of Aston Villa shoots at goal during the Sky Bet Championship match between Aston Villa and Middlesbrough at Villa Park on September 12, 2017 in Birmingham, England.

Snodgrass has eight goals and 13 assists to his name for Villa this season, and Steve Bruce has made no secret of his desire to keep him.

However, West Ham boss Moyes wants to give Snodgrass another chance at the London Stadium.

And that could leave Villa fans hoping for a change in management at West Ham.

If the Hammers do appoint a new boss, then they may be more willing to offload Snodgrass in the summer.

Moyes is said to be on the verge of leaving West Ham, with his contract due to expire.

And Villa’s chances of landing Snodgrass will surely be boosted if Moyes does leave the London club.
