Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on signing the Aston Villa midfielder.

According to a report from the Daily Mail, Aston Villa are insulted at some of the figures that Tottenham have offered for Jack Grealish so far this summer, and because of that, the west Midlands outfit will now demand a premium price of £35 million for the midfielder.
Spurs have been tracking the Villa ace all summer long, but Daniel Levy is refusing to pay more than £20 million for the 22-year-old – a tactic that could very well backfire on the Lilywhites chairman.
Grealish was in fine form for Villa last season, and he is widely considered to be one of England’s brightest young prospects.
He would surely be a useful addition to Mauricio Pochettino’s squad at Tottenham, but it seems as though the north London outfit will now need to pay a premium in order to secure the Villa star’s signature.
The Daily Mail claims that Villa will not accept a penny less than £35 million from Grealish, so Spurs will have to dig deep, if they want to get their man.

With just four days remaining until the transfer window slams shut, something will have to give sooner rather than later, if Tottenham are to sign the Aston Villa ace, and it seems as though Levy is getting a taste of his own medicine.
Whether Spurs will be willing to pay such a high fee for Grealish, though, remains to be seen.
