Aston Villa and Southampton are said to be in the market to sign the right-back.

According to Turkish-Football, Aston Villa are competing with Southampton for Tobias Pachonik.
Villa are having to shop on a budget this summer, with Steve Bruce’s side struggling to comply with Financial Fair Play instructions, and Pachonik is now reportedly on their radar.
The 23-year-old is set to become a free agent this summer, as his contract at his current club, Carpi, is due to expire.

Bruce now reportedly feels that Pachonik could be a solid addition to his side for the upcoming campaign.
If the German defender was signed it would show a big change in transfer strategy from Villa, who have tended to go for experienced Championship players since Bruce took charge.

Villa have opted to bring in the likes of John Terry, Robert Snodgrass and Ahmed Elmohamady since Bruce was placed at the helm, but they may have to look at cheaper options this summer.
And Pachonik could prove to be a bargain buy, given the right-back’s impressive season in Serie B.
