The Championship duo are reportedly interested in the 36-year-old forward.

According to German newspaper Bild, Aston Villa and Newcastle United are both interested in a move for Ivica Olic.
The two clubs are looking to strengthen this summer after their relegation from the Premier League last season.
The Magpies have already brought in five new faces, while Roberto di Matteo has added three to his squad at Villa Park.

That is not likely to be the end of either side’s business though, as they look to build squads that can secure a return to the top flight next season.
Improving their forward options is likely to be a target for both given how they struggled in that department last season, and according to Bild they have identified former Croatia striker Olic as a potential addition.

The 36-year-old is available on a free this summer having been released by HSV Hamburger, where he made just nine appearances last season, but Villa and Newcastle are keen nonetheless.
He would add some much needed experience to both sides, having starred for the likes of Bayern Munich in the past. They face competition for his services though, with TSV 1860 Munich also eyeing up a move for the veteran.
