Aston Villa, Middlesbrough and Huddersfield Town are interested in Brentford star Neal Maupay, according to The Mirror.

Maupay is playing well for Brentford at the moment, and with the Bees not going to finish in the Championship playoffs this season, they could struggle to keep hold of the 22-year-old beyond the summer of 2019.

While Villa and Middlesbrough are aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship this season, Huddersfield have been relegated from the Premier League.

Stats

Maupay joined Brentford from Saint-Etienne in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by The Hull Daily Mail to be worth £1.6 million.
