Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool reportedly want Jack Grealish of Aston Villa.

The report has also claimed that Tottenham are the favourites for Grealish despite only being prepared to pay £15 million for the youngster.
The Villans reportedly want £20m for the 22-year-old, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder.
The Mirror has also claimed that Villa are hoping that Liverpool’s interest in Grealish sparks a bidding war with Spurs.

Exit inevitable?
With Villa having issues with Financial Fair Play, it is hard to see Grealish remain at Villa Park next season.
With Liverpool and Tottenham both reported to be interested in the 22-year-old, it does seem that it is only a matter of time before the youngster leaves for a club in the Premier League.
It would make sense for Villa to hold out for as much as possible, and if they are able to get £20m for Grealish, then it will be business well done for the Villans.
