Aston Villa and Everton are eyeing up a young Roma talent.

Aston Villa and Everton are both eyeing up a young Roma talent, according to a report.

Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb report both Premier League sides are keen on Vincenzo Muteba.

Muteba is only 17 and is in Roma’s academy.

He is a right-back and featured 21 times for their youth team last season, scoring once, while also filling in at left-back when needed.

The young Italian is a name to keep an eye on as both clubs look to the future.

The transfer window in England may be closed, but that doesn’t stop scouts from doing their due diligence on potential signings throughout the season.

The European transfer window closes tomorrow (Tuesday).
