Southampton left-back Matt Targett will reportedly join Aston Villa.

It has been reported that Villa have made a bid for the 23-year-old left-back, and that Southampton have had it accepted.
It has been claimed that the Villans will pay £16 million as transfer fee for the youngster, having initially wanted to pay around £8m.
Targett, who can also operate as a wing-back will undergo a medical before concluding the formalities of a transfer at the start of next week, according to the report.

Good signing for Aston Villa?
Targett is a very good and promising young left-back, and the 23-year-old would be a good signing for Villa.
The 23-year-old will push Neil Taylor for the starting left-back slot at Villa Park, and in the future, he could even replace him.
According to WhoScored, Targett made 13 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Southampton last season, scoring one goal and providing three assists in the process.
