Arsenal may not have to pay €40 million (£35.66 million) to make the loan deal of Daniel Ceballos permanent from Real Madrid.
Todofichajes.com has reported that Madrid are willing to negotiate and lower the €40 million (£35.66 million) transfer fee they initially wanted for the Spain international attacking midfielder.
The report has claimed that if the 23-year-old does well for Arsenal for the final games of the season, then the Gunners will make an attempt to secure the youngster’s services on a permanent deal.
Stats
Ceballos joined Arsenal on a season-long loan deal from Spanish and European giants Madrid in the summer of 2019.
The Spain attacking midfielder has made 10 starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for the North London outfit so far this season, providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
The 23-year-old has also scored one goal in six Europa League games for the Gunners so far this campaign, according to WhoScored.
Ceballos is a very good and promising young midfielder, and he would be a good long-term signing for Arsenal.
