Arsenal forward Lucas Perez is reportedly wanted by Newcastle United and Brighton and Albion in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that both Newcastle United and Brighton and Hove Albion are interested in signing Perez from Arsenal this summer.

The report claims that the Gunners paid £17m in order to secure the services of the Spanish forward from Deportivo La Coruna in the summer of 2016.
The Sun has also stated that the price-tag on the 28-year-old has cooled interest in him from Newcastle and Brighton in terms of a permanent deal.

Perez struggled to make an impact at Arsenal last season and was able to make only two starts in the Premier League.
The Spanish forward would be a good signing for Newcastle, but given that he is 28 years of age and did not have a great campaign on a personal level in 2017-18, he is overpriced at £20m.
Both Newcastle and Brighton are playing in the Premier League this season after winning promotion from the Championship at the end of the 2016-17 campaign.
