Arsenal are reportedly ‘very happy’ with their transfer business this summer.

If you listen to pundits and ex-players, the walls are falling in around Arsenal.
Craig Bellamy told SkySports’ The Debate (30/8) that today could be the club’s ‘worst ever’ transfer deadline day.
Yet at The Emirates there appears to be a calm approach.
The Gunners have signed Sead Kolasinac and Alexandre Lacazette, and are set to sell Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to Liverpool.

Kieran Gibbs has also been moved on, but crucially Alexis Sanchez could be staying put.
SkySports report Arsenal will not sell Sanchez as they believe there is simply no time to sign a replacement.
Arsenal are still reeling from a 4-0 loss to Liverpool at the weekend, but will not be pressed into selling the Chile international, with Manchester City keen.
Arsenal sit in 16th place and it appears Sanchez will have to knuckle down and see out the final year of his contract, even if he cannot be convinced to re-sign.
