Celtic defender Kieran Tierney is of interest to Unai Emery’s Arsenal side, and it seems that a deal could be closer than thought.

Arsenal managed to seal deals for Dani Ceballos and William Saliba yesterday, and they have now turned their attentions back to signing Tierney from Celtic.
Neil Lennon’s side have already rejected two bids for the Scottish full-back, but Arsenal think they are close to getting him from Celtic.
If Celtic are to sell Tierney they want £25 million up-front, and without clauses.
Arsenal are yet to meet that offer, but they feel that they are closing in on Tierney.
It is the news that Celtic fans were not wanting to hear, after their hopes were raised that the 22-year-old would stay.

When Celtic batted away Arsenal’s second bid, it seemed that the transfer was becoming too expensive for Unai Emery’s side.
However, the Gunners now seem to believe that a transfer is very possible, and losing Tierney would be a huge blow to Celtic.
Tierney is arguably the most talented player currently at Parkhead, and if he was to leave it would be a crushing blow for Lennon’s side in the build up to the new season.
