Arsenal are prepared to sell Alexandre Lacazette, but only if they get £40 million for him this summer.
ESPN claim that Juventus and Atletico Madrid are both keen to land the Arsenal striker.
However, the pair have been told that they must fork out £40 million if they want the Frenchman by Mikel Arteta’s side.
That would be a considerable fee to pay for a striker who has now reached the age of 29, and appears to have little re-sale value.
Arsenal are seemingly relaxed about the situation as Lacazette has no intention of pushing for a move.
Although he has not been a mainstay under Arteta, he still should get plenty of game time, despite the emergence of Eddie Nketiah.

Arteta is thought to ideally want to keep Lacazette, who was described as ‘top-drawer’ by Paul Merson (Sky), around but if a big offer was to come in then Arsenal would consider it.
That is an understandable stance, as the Gunners look to raise funds.
Arteta wants his side to strengthen in midfield, but Arsenal do not have the money to bring in his planned additions currently.
And if Arsenal did have to sell Lacazette to bring in the likes of Thomas Partey or Houssem Aouar, then it may be considered a sacrifice worth making.
