According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Arsenal target Paulo Dybala has agreed to join Inter, despite offers from Tottenham and Newcastle.
What’s the story?
Well, this is bad news for Mikel Arteta, Antonio Conte and Eddie Howe.
It was said that Spurs had sent the Argentina international a contract offer, while Newcastle also made Dybala an offer after his time at Juventus came to an end.
The South American was seemingly weighing up his options, but now, he has made a decision.
Gazzetta dello Sport believe Dybala will move to the San Siro for the next four seasons, following a meeting with the Italian giants yesterday and a consultation with his family.
Arsenal and Tottenham fans presumably became excited when rumours emerged that the 28-year-old’s agent was in London recently.
However, if the Argentine’s representatives were in London to speak to the Premier League duo, talks can’t have gone that well, or else he wouldn’t be joining Inter.
In 39 appearances last season, Dybala scored 15 goals, while also providing six assists.
Arsenal, Tottenham & Newcastle should be upset

In our view, this was a great opportunity for one of the Premier League trio.
Arsenal desperately need another striker following the departures of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette, so Dybala would’ve been a necessary signing for the Gunners.
As things stand, Arteta is going into next season with Eddie Nketiah as his only senior striking option.

In Tottenham’s case, Conte is supposedly chasing a £51m deal for Richarlison, which seems like an expensive move when Dybala was available for free, and is arguably the better forward.
The Argentine also would’ve been a solid capture for Newcastle as Howe looks to spend the club’s newfound riches.
Unfortunately, the Gunners, Spurs and the Magpies will now have to look elsewhere, as Dybala closes in on a move to Inter.
