Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette’s agents are working to secure him a route out of the Emirates Stadium, Calcio Mercato report.
Lacazette’s future at Arsenal is very much uncertain, as the summer transfer window edges closer.
The French striker has just over a year left on his current contract, and is one of the club’s highest earners.
With his importance to Mikel Arteta’s side reducing in recent months, it has been suggested that Arsenal may look to replace him and find a younger replacement.
And it seems that Lacazette is now planning to leave Arsenal in the summer.
According to reports in Italy his representatives have offered him to Barcelona, Juventus and Atletico Madrid, as he looks to seal a move elsewhere.
Atleti have previously shown interest in the powerful forward, but whether they will still be keen – with the likes of Luis Suarez and Joao Felix already at the club remains to be seen.
Earning a move to Juve and Barca would also be difficult for Lacazette, who has shown signs that he may be reaching the twilight of his career of late.
Losing a proven scorer, on the face of it, could be a blow to Arsenal.
However, the money that they save from his wages and raise on any potential transfer fee, is likely to be reinvested, meaning it could be a wise move as Arteta plans changes for next term.
