Feyenoord playmaker Orkun Kokcu is a wanted man – but a host of Premier League clubs now risk missing out on him.
La Razon claimed in March that Leeds United and Leicester City are both keen on signing Kokcu, with Sevilla also in the race.
The Daily Mail added earlier in April that Tottenham Hotspur now want to sign Kokcu, whilst Arsenal are long-term admirers having tried to sign him last summer.
With at least four Premier League teams interested, you may think that Kokcu is heading to England – but Italy may become his new home instead.
Voetbal International in the Netherlands report that Milan have now spoken to Kokcu’s father about a move to the San Siro, with talks held on Wednesday.
Milan look to be jumping to the front of the queue for Kokcu, who has a contract until 2025 but may be sold to ease Feyenoord’s financial worries.
Kokcu, 20, has hit three goals and two assists in 25 games this season, playing predominantly as a creative midfield player under Dick Advocaat.

The Turkish talent has a huge future ahead of him, though it’s clear that he needs to add more end product to his game based on those current numbers.
Kokcu won’t always get by on the basis of being technically-gifted; he will need to add goals and assists, and with Arsenal, Leeds and Spurs needing a playmaker, they may see huge potential in him to grow and become a game-changing number 10.
Yet If Arsenal, Leeds United, Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur want to sign Kokcu, they may need to get a move on with Milan making their first move.
