Arsenal could have to take on Manchester City early after the Premier League restarts, according to The Sun.
Arsenal have a re-arranged clash with City to schedule and the Premier League has stressed the important of getting the fixture done early.
The top flight want every time to have the same amount of games to play over the remainder of the season as quickly as possible, so Arsenal’s clash with City is set to be prioritised.
As a result, Mikel Arteta’s side could have to play two matches in the space of a few days when football does return.

The Premier League looks set to be back by the end of June, and Arsenal would then take on City on the Tuesday or Wednesday of the first week.
Arsenal’s recent record against City has not been impressive, with Pep Guardiola’s side dominating the games between the pair.
But the hope around Arsenal could be that they would have an opportunity to capitalise on any rustiness that City may show, after such a long time off.
