Willian hasn’t been the most popular Arsenal player of late, and the latest news surrounding him won’t have done him any favours.
The Brazilian is under pressure to find to form having turned in some disappointing displays in recent weeks, particularly in the last outing against Aston Villa.
The international break is coming towards its end, and Arsenal will soon be preparing to face Leeds United, but Willian may not be involved now.
The Telegraph report that Willian has been in Dubai over the international break, which only came to light after posting a photo with restaurant owner Nusret Gokce – you may know him better as ‘Salt Bae’.
Arsenal are now allegedly seeking to establish the full facts of Willian’s trip, given that travel guidance out of England states that work or education are the only reasons to travel.
Willian was seemingly doing neither despite the global pandemic, and must now show that he has not contracted the virus before he can return to training.

He hasn’t been forced to self-isolate since returning to England, but Arsenal are seemingly unimpressed – and who can blame them.
Arsenal have already lost Mohamed Elneny to the virus this week, and having Willian miss out too would be another blow despite his poor form.
