Arsenal face competition from AC Milan for the highly-rated central defender.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, Arsenal are scouting highly rated Nice youngster Malang Sarr.
The 17-year-old central defender has risen to prominence for the Ligue 1 side this season, playing in every one of their games as they have surged to the top of the table.
His performances do not appear to have gone unnoticed, with several big European sides now keeping an eye on his progress.

Tuttomercatoweb have suggested that Wenger’s main scout in France has been sending him regular reports on the player’s progress.
The interest from Arsenal will not come as a surprise to many given their track record of signing young players over the years.
Even this summer, when they were spending big money on the likes of Shkodran Mustafi and Granit Xhaka, they were also bringing in Rob Holding and Takuma Asano with an eye to the future.

It seems the Gunners are not the only side interested in his services, though, with the report claiming that AC Milan are particularly keen.
According to them, the Italian giants are also keeping a close eye on his progress, with new sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli thought to be giving him special attention.
