According to The Sun, Arsenal have identified Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe as a top target to replace Arsene Wenger next summer.
The Gunners haven’t won the Premier League title since 2004, and after a mixed start to the new season with a defeat, a draw and a win, the pressure is on Wenger to deliver.

Many Arsenal fans have already decided that it’s time for Wenger to go, given that the Frenchman has been in charge for 20 years now, with many believing that a fresh approach is needed at the Emirates Stadium.
With Wenger’s deal ending next summer, questions are being asked about a possible replacement – and reports now suggest that a potential target has emerged for the Gunners.

The Sun report that Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is now a target for Arsenal, having impressed many with his work at the Vitality Stadium.
Howe, 38, has earned a reputation as one of English football’s brightest young managers having guided the Cherries from League One to the Premier League, and he even kept the club in the top flight last season.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger
A manager who has an Arsenal-style philosophy for attractive, passing football, Howe is bound for bigger things in the coming years, and many wondered whether Arsenal’s move to loan Jack Wilshere to Bournemouth was a pre-cursor for a move to land Howe in the future.
It’s even added that Wenger, 66, is a huge admirer of Howe’s methods, and with the possibility of the Frenchman moving into an advisory role if he does quit management, Howe should be one of the top candidates for the job.
