According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal now have a new concern regarding Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as his fallout with Mikel Arteta continues.
What’s the story?
Well, the Daily Mail believe Arsenal are urging clubs from across Europe to sign Aubameyang.
However, the Gunners are concerned that the 32-year-old’s public fallout with Arteta has seriously damaged his value.
Arsenal are worried their £56m man’s price tag has plummeted in the aftermath of Arteta’s decision to drop him from the first-team.
Aubameyang hasn’t played since the 2-1 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park on December 6th, and has missed six games since that loss.
Any January move will be complicated by his involvement with Gabon at the Africa Cup of Nations.
Aubameyang’s £350,000-a-week wages will also prove to be a stumbling block – the financial impacts of COVID-19 have made that sum almost exclusive to just a handful of clubs.
However, Arsenal are still hopeful that a buyer can be found.
Are Arsenal better without Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang?

Since the aforementioned 2-1 defeat to Everton, Arsenal have won five of their six games, with the only defeat coming to Manchester City.
These victories have seen the goals shared out amongst Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, Emile Smith Rowe and Martin Ødegaard, as Arteta’s young guns thrive in a fluid system.
That begs the question, are Arsenal a better team without Aubameyang?

It certainly seems that way. The Gunners look far more energetic in attack without their No.14, and results have been exceptional without him.
In our view, it’s crucial that Arteta and Edu find a buyer for Aubameyang this month, as his £350,000-a-week salary may impact Arsenal’s summer budget if he remains on the wage bill until then.
