According to El Desmarque, Arsenal loanee Dani Ceballos met with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez this week to discuss his future.

Ceballos joined Premier League club Arsenal on loan from Spanish and European giants Madrid in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported by El Desmarque that the Spain international attacking midfielder met with Perez this week and told him that he would be willing to join the Gunners on a permanent contract next summer.

The report has also claimed that a transfer fee of €35 million (£30.09m) could be enough for Madrid to part company with the 23-year-old.

According to The Sun, Arsenal manager Unai Emery wants to land the services of the Spain international on a permanent basis at the end of the season.

Good signing for Arsenal?

Ceballos may not have been a huge success at Madrid, but the youngster is hugely talented and has a lot of potential.

The Spain international has done well for the Gunners so far this season, providing two assists in eight Premier League matches and scoring one goal in two Europa League games, according to WhoScored.

A permanent signing of Ceballos would not be a bad idea for Arsenal next summer.
