Arsenal and Liverpool can now reportedly sign Villarreal youngster Yeremy Pino for €50m (£42m), with the Gunners already making an offer to bring the teenage winger to north London.
According to AS, the La Liga side have set a price tag of £42m for the Spanish international, with Radio Villarreal reporting earlier this week that Edu Gaspar has already launched an offer for Arsenal to sign Pino, who could become the Gunners’ final arrival of the summer window.
As per AS, Villarreal’s ‘magnificent’ talent is regarded by many as one of the best in Spain, with Pino last season scoring seven goals and bagging four assists in all competitions as the Yellow Submarine made it all the way to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
With Villarreal setting a price tag for their star winger and Arsenal also reportedly making an offer to sign Pino, all signs point to the Gunners now winning the race for the 19-year-old attacker, who will likely be brought in as cover for Bukayo Saka out on the right as well as an option for the left with Gabriel Martinelli and Emile Smith Rowe.
An elegant winger who has been tipped to one day become a central midfielder despite his natural abilities as a winger, Pino, could be an exciting signing for Arsenal if the Gunners can beat Liverpool to the youngster’s signature, with Mikel Arteta eager to add an attacking player to his ranks before the end of the window.
With Arsenal close to offloading Hector Bellerin and Pablo Mari following the sales of Lucas Torreira and Bernd Leno, the Gunners could soon have enough space in the squad to move for Pino, who could be a great long-term signing for the north London side for the years to come.
Pino will be an ambitious signing for Arsenal if deal can be completed

Arsenal have made some solid moves this summer in Gabriel Jesus, Fabio Vieira and Oleksandr Zinechenko, yet ask any fans, and they will agree that an extra wide player could be the final piece of the puzzle to taking this window from 9/10 to a 10/10, and Pino could do just that if the Gunners cans strike a deal with Villarreal.
Whilst Liverpool could swoop in and sign the Spanish youngster, Arteta’s side appears to be the favourites to land Pino, and with an offer already on the table, the north London side seems well-positioned to land the La Liga star in the final weeks of the transfer window.
