Jack Grealish looks set to leave Aston Villa as Arsenal become one of the latest big names to join the chase.
Arsenal are one of the clubs who have been monitoring Jack Grealish, reports Sky Sports, with speculation increasing the midfielder could leave Aston Villa this summer.
Leicester City are considering a bid for Grealish as a replacement for Riyad Mahrez – who looks set to join Manchester City – while Manchester United have also been keeping tabs on the 22-year-old.
Villa do not want to sell their academy product, but as the Telegraph reports, they may be forced to with next season posing the very real danger of the club breaching Financial Fair Play rules.
The defeat to Fulham in the Championship playoff final and failure to get promoted back to the Premier League means the Villans have a significant financial shortfall to make up and the sale of players like Grealish could go some way to easing that pressure.
Especially as it is rumoured they could receive up to £40million for someone who greatly impressed with his performances in the second tier of English football this term.
