90Min claim Arsenal are becoming ‘increasingly worried’ over the future of Bukayo Saka with Manchester City ‘pushing hard’ to convince the England wonderkid that his future is best served at City. Arsenal talks with Saka are ongoing.
Still only 21, Saka has been instrumental for Arsenal over the last few seasons. Despite his tender age, he has already clocked up a massive 140 appearances in all competitions for the Gunners. In that time, he has had a hand in 57 goals.
One of the first names on Mikel Arteta’s team sheet again this season, he has produced four assists and a goal in his eight Premier League appearances. But Saka, who also has 20 caps for England, is yet to sort out his long-term future.
A report from The Mail claims Saka is to be offered a huge £200,000 a week, in an attempt to convince him to stay at Arsenal. But his current deal ends in June 2024 and Manchester City are be ‘pushing hard’ to tempt him to move.

Arsenal ‘worried’ over future of Saka with Manchester City ‘pushing’
Arsenal have got to do everything they possibly can to keep Saka. But why would Saka move now? Arsenal are top of the table, they look good to finish in the top four this season, and are spending plenty of cash on new signings.
Anything that Saka can be asking for, is being achieved. The club are even willing to give him a massive pay rise. So, it seems ludicrous to think that Saka might go. However, with the club interested being Manchester City, that changes.
As things stand, Arsenal are title contenders. But Manchester City are pretty nailed on to go and win the Premier League title again. The question Saka needs to ask is, will he start? Perhaps he should look at some of City’s players.
Indeed, two of his England teammates have gone to City and struggled for regular starts. Jack Grealish is improving but it has taken a chunk out of his career. Kalvin Phillips has hardly played. So, Saka has plenty of thinking to do.
