According to The Sun, Arsenal are now keen to sign Brighton centre-back Ben White, who is of interest to other Premier League clubs too.
The report claims that Manchester United are also eyeing the 23-year-old, while Sky Sports said Tottenham and Chelsea want him too.
It is also worth mentioning that Leeds submitted a number of bids for White, after he shone for them in the Championship last season.
According to Sky Sports, Leeds offered as much as £25 million, before turning to Robin Koch after Brighton held firm.
The Sun claim that Brighton will demand £35 million for White this summer – even that seems cheap for a player of his quality.
It is also mentioned that Brighton’s No.3 is on the verge of an England call-up, which he deserves after an impressive debut campaign in the Premier League.

After he stood out for Leeds last season, starting all 46 Championship games, it was no surprise to anyone that Marcelo Bielsa became a fan.
Speaking after White surged up the pitch and split Luton’s defence apart to assist Patrick Bamford, Bielsa said that it was ‘not normal’ for a defender.
Leeds Live quote the Argentine as saying: “It’s not normal that one centre-back give these kind of passes Ben White did.”

The Englishman is a composed, brave figure at the back, who has an incredible passing range and a tendency to drive forward.
On this note, he seems like the perfect fit for Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, as the Spaniard’s game-plan relies hugely on playing out from the back.
The Sun add that Paris Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund are also eyeing White.
There’s no denying that Arsenal will have to fight for the Seagulls colossus, but he’s certainly worth battling for.
