According to The Mirror, Arsenal may receive just £3.5million for defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos, with Napoli keen.
It’s claimed that Arsenal are hoping to flog a number of players to fund potential incomings, with Matteo Guendouzi available and Rob Holding heading on loan to Newcastle United.
Sokratis is another player who can go, and Napoli want to take him to Italy in something of a twist of fate.
Arsenal have beaten Napoli to Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes, meaning Arsenal want to offload Sokratis to shed some centre backs.
However, Sokratis would only bring in £3.5million, as he has just a year left on his contract with the Gunners and won’t exactly cost much at 32 years of age.
Arsenal paid £17.6million to sign Sokratis in 2018, and the Gunners now face a £14million loss on the Greek defender.

Sven Mislintat wanted to reunite with him having worked together at Borussia Dortmund, but spending that kind of money on a 30-year-old was always going to end in a big financial loss.
At least Arsenal have an interested party in Napoli, and they may hope to simply get him off the books to free up wages for other recruits.
