Arsenal remain in the hunt for Celtic defender Kieran Tierney.

According to The Scottish Sun, Arsenal are ramping up their interest in Celtic defender Kieran Tierney – and may offer some players on loan to tempt them into a deal.
Tierney, 22, suffered some injury woes last season, but remains one of the top young left backs in Europe, and Arsenal are unsurprisingly keen.
Nacho Monreal is ageing now, and Sead Kolasinac has yet to really show that he’s the answer at left back, meaning Unai Emery’s men are keen to land Tierney.
Celtic won’t sell easily though, and it’s believed that Arsenal are thinking about offering Carl Jenkinson, Jordi Osei-Tutu, Emile Smith Rowe or Eddie Nketiah to Celtic on loan to tempt them.
Jenkinson has been linked with Celtic of late, and certainly makes sense. Celtic desperately need right backs, and 27-year-old Jenkinson has the experience to come straight in and play after Mikael Lustig’s exit.
Osei-Tutu would be another right back option, and the 20-year-old is desperate for first-team football, but taking him on loan for a year maybe wouldn’t help Celtic, as his best years would be ahead of him rather than this coming season.

18-year-old midfielder Smith Rowe has just returned from a loan spell at RB Leipzig, and having missed out on David Turnbull, the young Englishman would be a suitable target.
Striker Nketiah needs football and could be the extra firepower Celtic need alongside Odsonne Edouard and Leigh Griffiths, but Celtic would be forgiven for not being overly impressed.
Taking youngsters on loan isn’t much of an incentive to sell a key player like Tierney, and Arsenal may need to think about offering a player permanently, though Smith Rowe and Nketiah are unlikely to be available in such a move.
