Arsenal are seemingly closing in on the Monaco star.
According to The Sun, Arsenal are close to signing Monaco winger Thomas Lemar.
The French winger has been linked with the Gunners for much of the summer transfer window but an £80 million price-tag is said to have deterred Arsene Wenger.

However, Arsenal, according to The Sun, will sign the 21-year-old – whom the same publication claims has already agreed personal terms with the North Londoners – for £45 million.
The report goes on to claim that Monaco were hoping that their £80 million valuation would scare off potential suitors en route to him staying in the Principality and increasing his value next season.
The 21-year-old could become Wenger’s third summer signing, after a £52 million capture of Alexandre Lacazette, while Sead Kolasinac arrived on a free transfer.
Arsenal kick off the Premier League season with a clash with Leicester City on August 11.
