Reports in France are suggesting that Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are keeping tabs on the talented Toulouse defender Issa Diop.
France Football has reported that Arsenal and Spurs both sent senior scouts over to watch Toulouse take on Paris Saint-Germain, as they look to bring in fresh talent this summer.
Both North London sides would have been impressed by what they saw. The 20-year-old was in fantastic form for Toulouse as they held off PSG in a 0-0 draw at the Parc des Princes.
He has played 20 games in Ligue 1 this season, even scoring two goals, and is considered one of the hottest prospects in French football.
Tottenham are always on the lookout for top young talent but their interest may come as something of a surprise, as they already have a wealth of top central defenders.
