Premier League rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have both been in touch with the agent of Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic, as reported by Corriere Fiorentino.
It may be tempting to scoff at the 21-year-old’s belief he may be the ‘new Ibrahimovic’ – there’s only one Zlatan after all.
But, like the evergreen Swedish superstar, Vlahovic has the ability to back up his attitude.
The Serbia international took his tally to 13 for the season with another goal in the weekend’s Serie A draw with Genoa, one month after his 34-minute hat-trick put Benevento to the sword.
And, with his contract expiring in summer 2023, Italy’s answer to Erling Haaland faces his own summer of speculation.

Reports coming out of Florence today claim Jose Mourinho’s Spurs and Mikel Arteta’s goal-shy Arsenal have both made contact with Vlahovic’s agent.
Milan, Roma, Dortmund, RB Leipzig and Atletico Madrid have also expressed their interest.
The report adds Fiorentina owner Rocco Commisso “will do everything” to keep hold of his £43 million-rated talisman.
But Vlahovic, as things stand, has little interest in signing the new and improved £33,000-a-week deal on offer at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
