North London duo Arsenal and Tottenham are both reportedly keen on Real Madrid’s Dani Ceballos.

The report claims that the Galacticos are under serious pressure to sell a number of their players in order to balance the books after they announced the signings of high-profile names like Eden Hazard, Eder Militao and Luka Jovic among others.
Ceballos has publicly revealed that he does not want to leave the Spanish capital this summer but Zinedine Zidane’s side could still try to move him on. North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have apparently expressed interest in the 22-year-old but the clubs moved their interest elsewhere after Los Blancos demanded a fee of £45 million.
However, the report reveals that intermediaries have informed both the clubs that the Spaniard could available for a fee much closer to £30 million but it involves a catch. Real Madrid are pushing for a buy-back clause in the deal to sell Ceballos which might complicate things to a certain extent.

Keeping the contractual details aside, Ceballos would be an incredible signing to either club this summer. The versatile Spaniard can play anywhere across central midfield and his technical ability on the ball is up there with the best players of his age.
The report also reveals that Italian giants AC Milan have tabled a two-year loan offer for Ceballos but Real prefer a permanent transfer which opens the door for the Unai Emery and Mauricio Pochettino in the coming weeks.
