According to AS, Antonio Conte has decided to sell four Tottenham players, just days after replacing Nuno Espirito Santo.

What’s the story?

Well, there’s no denying that Conte has a lot of work to do at Tottenham, and he has seemingly started by making a big decision.

AS believe Conte has no interest in keeping Dele Alli, Giovani Lo Celso, Steven Bergwijn or Lucas Moura at Hotspur Way.

It comes amid news from AS that negotiations with AC Milan over the signing of Franck Kessie are going well.

AS add that Conte wants Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic, Lazio’s Manuel Lazzarri and Stefan de Vrij at Tottenham.

Evidently, it could be four in, four out at Tottenham under the Italian.

The Sun believe Daniel Levy will give the 52-year-old a budget of £150m to spend on new players.

Make no mistake about it, Conte and Fabio Paratici have work to do to overhaul some areas of the squad, which are weaker than others.

Antonio Conte should keep Lucas Moura at Tottenham

If Conte sells Lucas, it would be a very harsh decision.

The Brazilian has already been hard done by at Tottenham, when Mauricio Pochettino dropped him for the Champions League final despite his semi-final hat-trick.

Despite that, Lucas has worked hard under every manager he’s had at Tottenham, and has always carried himself with great professionalism.

The 29-year-old scored against Vitesse Arnhem last night, delivering an impressive all-round display in Conte’s first game.

Lucas can also operate anywhere across the frontline.

He cost £23m, while Spurs paid £27.2m for Lo Celso, £27m for Bergwijn and £5m for Alli.

If AS are telling the truth, Conte is clearly ready to part with £82.2m worth of talent – the Italian revolution is well and truly underway.
