According to Le10 Sport, Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti wants to bring Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma back to the club this summer.
It’s claimed that Ancelotti is desperate to add a new centre back this summer, and has been pursuing a host of options related to French football.
Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes and Marseille star Boubacar Kamara are on Everton’s wish list, but Ancelotti is now looking to bring an ex-Everton man back to the club.
The report states that Ancelotti is interested in signing Chelsea defender Zouma, but faced a battle to sign him.
Leicester City are believed to be keen too, though exactly where he would fit in with Jonny Evans and Caglar Soyuncu is a confusing matter.
Zouma still has three years left on his Chelsea deal, but with Frank Lampard surely in the market for a new defender himself this summer, Zouma could be let go.

Zouma spent last season on loan at Everton, and impressed enough for the club to pursue a permanent deal – but Chelsea chose to keep him due to their transfer ban.
The Frenchman may still be a favourite of Marcel Brands, and having Ancelotti on board too may give Zouma a real route back to Goodison Park.
