Everton are the club who are most keen to sign Thiago Silva, according to Le10 Sport.
Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly even rang the PSG defender to get his opinion on a move to Goodison Park.
Everton do face competition from other Premier League sides, with Arsenal and Manchester United both linked.
However, Everton are said to be right at the front of the queue for the Brazilian.
Getting hold of Silva may not be as simple as first expected though.
Le 10 claim that, contrary to other reports, Silva will actually be offered the chance to stay at PSG.

The French champions are apparently prepared to offer Silva an extension, but on hugely reduced terms to what he is currently on.
Silva is said to be on a £240,000-a-week deal at PSG currently, according to Foot Mercato.
But PSG’s next offer for him is on such reduced terms that Le 10 suggest Everton should be able to better it.
If Silva did move to Everton he could add depth to Ancelotti’s side’s defence, and would be in competition with the likes of Mason Holgate, Yerry Mina and Michael Keane.
