Newcastle United are said to feel they have gone far enough in their bid for the right-back.

Amiens have rejected a £4.5 million offer from Newcastle United for the right-back Emil Krafth, according to the Sun.
The newspaper claims the French side paid less than half that amount (£2 million) to turn Krafth’s loan deal permanent earlier this summer, and rate him even higher.
But it adds that Newcastle think they have ‘gone far enough for a squad player’, and what the Magpies do now remains to be seen.
Should this spell the end of Newcastle’s pursuit, it is likely to come as a great disappointment to Krafth, who according to the Sun wants to go and ‘knows there is a lucrative deal’ awaiting him on Tyneside.

Krafth, who has 20 caps for Sweden, was at Bologna before he joined Amiens on loan last summer.
If he signs, he could be one of four senior right-backs available to the new Newcastle manager, Steve Bruce, alongside DeAndre Yedlin, Javier Manquillo and Jamie Sterry.
