Victor Osimhen has been in talks with Liverpool for days now, but no agreement has been made yet, according to Calcio Napoli 24.
Osimhen has a new agent, William d’Avila, and he has been trying to arrange for his client to get a move to Liverpool.
The Nigerian striker is believed to be keen on a move to the Premier League, with his new agent aiming to engineer a move towards Anfield.
D’Avila apparently promised Osimhen he would get him a move to England, and he is hoping that he can convince Liverpool to make a bid.
Whether that will happen remains to be seen, as Napoli are believed to be the front runners to sign the Lille forward.
Liverpool seem to be working on a limited budget, and that could make meeting Lille’s asking price for Osimhen very difficult.

Osimhen is valued at £45 million (Alfredo Pedulla) and given Liverpool’s reluctance to pay a similar fee for Timo Werner it seems doubtful that they would do so for the Ligue 1 striker.
Osimhen could be an exciting addition to Liverpool’s squad though.
The rapid forward has hit 18 goals over the past season, and looks to have a very exciting future ahead of him.
