West Ham United and Everton have been offered the chance to sign £30 million-rated Roma winger Cengiz Under this summer, according to AreaNapoli.
When the Giallorossi stunned Barcelona and co en route to the Champions League semi-finals in 2018, a two-footed Turk looked to have established himself as one of European football’s up-and-coming superstars.
But flash forward to the present day and there is a nagging feeling that Under has plateaued rather than processed at the Stadio Olimpico.
A Eusebio di Francesco favourite has struggled for minutes since Paulo Fonseca took over at Roma.
And with just nine Serie A starts to his name in 2019/20, do not be surprised if Under is sold this summer as the capital club look to finance a deal for Sassuolo’s Jeremie Boga.
According to reports in Italy, Roma are looking for £30 million with Under’s agent, Fali Ramadani, contacting clubs to gauge their interest in his client.

Borussia Dortmund have turned down the chance to bring the speedy 22-year-old to Germany, with Jadon Sancho now expected to stay for another year in black and yellow.
A move to the Premier League is still on the cards, however, with Everton and West Ham both emerging as potential destinations.
With David Moyes’s Hammers failing to land a blow, or score a single goal, since Project Re-start got underway, Under could be the man to add some much-needed bite to a toothless side.
“He has a strong physique with a crafty character,” Roma legend Francesco Totti said during an Instagram Live session this year, translated by Daily Sabah.
“Under is a complete football player.”
