Besiktas centre-back Pepe is reportedly interesting Wolves.

Turkish outlet NTV Spor have claimed that Besiktas defender Pepe is keen on joining newly-promoted Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers – which make the club President’s recent comments all the more intriguing.
Fanatik claimed last week that 35-year-old Pepe is interesting both Wolves and FC Porto this summer, for a bargain fee of just £6million as the Euro 2016 winner enters the final 12 months of his contract.
A move to Wolves has taken a huge step closer, with NTV claiming that Pepe wants to join the Portuguese revolution currently residing at Molineux.
Portuguese boss Nuno Espirito Santo has combined with the club’s owners to take the number of players from Portugal in the first-team squad to seven, following the signings of Rui Patricio, Joao Moutinho, Ruben Vinagre and Diogo Jota.
Pepe could become the eighth Portuguese star in Wolves’ squad, with Helder Costa, Ivan Cavaleiro and Ruben Neves still with the Midlands club after their promotion.

A move could materialise for Pepe – especially when considering Besiktas President Fikret Orman commented on his future last week. He said, as quoted by Turkish Football: “We don’t intend to sell Pepe. Unless he wants to leave.”
With Pepe now reportedly wanting to leave, Besiktas could look to offload the experience defender this summer as per the club President’s comments.
