Crystal Palace are reportedly renewing their interest in Everton striker Oumar Niasse.

According to The Mirror, Crystal Palace are preparing to make a new bid for Everton striker Oumar Niasse during this month’s transfer window.
The Eagles have enjoyed an upturn in form under Roy Hodgson following a dismal start to the campaign under Frank de Boer, but reinforcements are still needed for the second half of the season.

Striker Christian Benteke has scored just once in 16 Premier League games this season, and with no depth behind the Belgian, another striker has to be top of Hodgson’s wish list.
The Mirror now report that Palace are preparing to make a new move for Everton’s Oumar Niasse, having failed to land the forward during the summer transfer window.
Niasse, 27, was completely frozen out under Ronald Koeman before coming back into the reckoning this term, and he current has five goals in just 11 Premier League outings this season.

Niasse has struggled for starts under Sam Allardyce though, and with Cenk Tosun arriving at Goodison Park, Senegal international Niasse figures to be dropping down the pecking order again.
Having made a late bid to sign Niasse in August, Palace are now believed to be keen again, and Everton may well be open to letting him leave before the end of the month.
