According to The Telegraph, Fulham are now in talks to sign Arsenal and Tottenham target Manor Solomon, to replace the Liverpool-bound Fabio Carvalho.
What’s the story?
Well, this would be quite the signing for Fulham.
The Telegraph believe the Cottagers are locked in negotiations with Shakhtar Donetsk over a £7m deal for the Israel international.
It comes after TEAMtalk revealed that Tottenham, Newcastle and Aston Villa are interested in signing Solomon, who Arsenal bid £17m for in the summer – according to Sport Arena.
Fabrizio Romano has also heard the news, and even went as far as claiming the deal is in the final stages, as per his sources.

If that is true, then Fulham have done extremely well.
Solomon has been playing Champions League football for Shakhtar Donetsk this season, and has even been likened to Eden Hazard, so he’s a player of real pedigree.
Unfortunately, the war in Ukraine has halted his and Shakhtar Donetsk’s season, hence why the transfer fee is so low.
What will Arsenal, Tottenham and Aston Villa lose out on to Fulham?
At the age of just 22, Solomon has the world at his feet, and is clearly a huge talent given the calibre of teams interested in signing him.
Therefore, this is a real coup for Marco Silva.
As aforesaid, Solomon has been likened to Hazard, which gives you an idea of the type of forward he is.

Last season, the youngster scored 11 goals in all competitions, including strikes against Real Madrid in Ukraine and also at the Santiago Bernabeu.
It seemed a very tough task to replace Carvalho, but in Solomon, Fulham might’ve actually found someone better than the Portuguese wonderkid.
